Cedar Plank Grilled Salmon

Marinade: ¾ cup low salt soy sauce, ¼ cup brown sugar, ½ tsp. ginger powder, fresh rosemary sprigs or 1 tsp. dry rosemary

Soak cedar plank in water for 30 minutes before grilling.

Mix marinade ingredients in plastic zip-lock bag for 30 minutes.

Place fish in marinade for 15 minutes.

Grill on cedar plank.

Time estimate: 10 minutes on medium heat if thick; 8 minutes on medium heat if thin.

Serve with roasted fresh vegetables and wild rice.
